Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager/ Executive to build and manage strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and HNIs. Youll drive revenue growth by promoting Immersive's automation and AV solutions, generating leads, and managing the sales cycle from pitch to closure. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and corporate clients. Generate and pursue B2B and B2C leads through networking, referrals, events, and outreach. Understand client requirements and propose customised automation, AV, lighting, security, and smart control solutions. Conduct regular site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Marketing & Brand Positioning Develop and execute local marketing strategies to promote Immersives offerings. Plan and manage architect/developer outreach programs, co-branded events, and presentations. Collaborate with the internal digital/creative teams for marketing campaigns and product visibility. Represent the brand at industry expos, design fairs, and networking events. Sales Management Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and prepare weekly reports. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals. Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure client satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Profile 2- 5 years of experience in sales or business developmentProven success working with architects, interior designers, or HNI clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Confident, self-driven, and capable of managing end-to-end sales. Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of smart home solutions.
