Sr. Executive - Performance Marketing
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Microsoft Ads. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative with ad copy, skilled in funnel optimization, and comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Search & Display & Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to drive campaign efficiency. Write compelling ad copy and work with the creative team to produce high-performing assets. Analyze performance marketing funnels to identify drop-off points and areas of optimization. Set up and manage conversion tracking (via GA4, GTM, Appsflyer, or similar tools). Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through detailed weekly/monthly reporting. Execute A/B testing on creative, audiences, and landing pages to improve ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and analytics. Ensure proper budget pacing, fraud prevention (e.g., with tools like P360), and performance hygiene across campaigns. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong track record in Meta and Google Ads. Proficient in keyword planning, research, bid strategies, and funnel analysis. Experience with reporting platforms like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Excel/Sheets dashboards. Certification(s) in Meta and/or Google Ads preferred (e.g., Meta Media Buying, Google Ads Search).
