Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales growth and meet targets through strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and distribution channels.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order execution, and customer support.
  • Report sales performance and regional updates regularly.
  • Conduct customer visits, follow-ups, and ensure payment collections.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oncology, Critical Care & Respiratory Care product sales
  • Should have worked with a Distributor (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned region
  • Graduate in any field of study
