Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive regional sales growth and meet targets through strategic planning.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and distribution channels.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order execution, and customer support.
Report sales performance and regional updates regularly.
Conduct customer visits, follow-ups, and ensure payment collections.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in Oncology, Critical Care & Respiratory Care product sales
Should have worked with a Distributor (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel extensively within assigned region
Graduate in any field of study
