Role Overview: As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. You will lead and manage the sales team, offering guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients to maximize revenue will also be a crucial aspect of your job. It is essential to utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics. Building strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention will be a key focus. Collaboration with the marketing teams to align strategies and promotional efforts will also be required. Additionally, monitoring competitor activities and adjusting strategies accordingly will be part of your responsibilities.
