Each mounting system is custom designed to site-specific conditions by our in-house team of engineers and designers. Our advanced solar mounting structures are adaptable to any type of solar module, maximizing the potential of solar power


Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sales Manager - Rooftop. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Other day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, collaborating with the engineering and design teams, and providing exceptional customer service.


Core Competency


  • Strong grasp of various rooftop mounting systems: flat roof, metal sheet, RCC, elevated structures
  • Understands loading parameters, dead load restrictions, roof orientation, and waterproofing concerns
  • Able to collaborate with structural engineers and design teams to offer optimal solutionsSells based on site-specific challenges, building layouts, and aesthetic concerns (especially in commercial/industrial segments)
  • Recommends mounting solutions aligned with customer priorities: space optimization, aesthetics, maintenance access
  • Takes ownership from lead generation to final delivery. Coordinates with design, logistics, and execution teams to ensure on-time, hassle-free installations
  • Well-versed with BOQ preparation, layout approvals, and pre-bid design requirements
  • Understands pricing models for mounting systems (per kW/sqft/MT) and cost drivers
  • Skilled in commercial negotiations, offer structuring, payment terms, and closing deals profitably
  • Builds long-term partnerships with EPC contractors, solar developers, and rooftop integrators
  • Nurtures channel sales partners and supports them with training, documentation, and commercial proposals
  • Deep network and experience in target geographies (e.g., India, Middle East)Tracks local policy developments, net metering changes, and regional solar incentives
  • Leads and motivates junior sales engineers or executives
  • Shares knowledge, coaches on field techniques, and helps improve pitch quality and closure rates


Qualifications


  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Civil Engineering (ensures technical understanding of solar projects and mounting systems)
  • Preferred: MBA / PGDM in: Marketing, Sales or Operations (preferred for team leadership, strategic partnerships, and revenue responsibility)


Relevant Industry Experience


  • Min 2 Yrs in Solar Structure (Sales, Operation)
  • Min 5 Yrs in solar industry
