Job Description

As an Equity Sales Manager, your role involves developing and executing equity sales strategies to not only meet but also exceed business targets. You will be responsible for building your own team and P&L, nurturing relationships with institutional clients, HNIs, and retail investors, and promoting equity and related financial products such as stocks, ETFs, and derivatives. It is crucial to stay updated on market trends, economic data, and equity research to provide clients with timely insights and recommendations. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying and onboarding new clients, while also retaining and expanding the existing client base. - Collaborating with research teams to deliver tailored investment solutions. - Managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of equity sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions. - Monitoring market conditions and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed. - Preparing and delivering regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in equity markets, wealth management, or a similar role. Additionally, you should possess the ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable investment insights. Proficiency in using trading and CRM tools will be advantageous in performing your duties effectively.,
