Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through B2B sales, business development, lead generation, and end-to-end sales processes.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to drive target achievement, ensuring effective communication, goal setting, and performance monitoring.
  • Identify new business opportunities by building relationships with key decision-makers in the industry and leveraging market knowledge to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product) to develop sales plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B Sales & Business Development or related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets consistently over time.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated with high energy level.
