Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of
WMS (Warehouse Management System)
and
Cold Chain SOPs

Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Strong planning and organizational abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Drive both
organic and inorganic
sales growth across regions.
Develop and execute
monthly and annual sales forecasts
.
Review and track team performance on a
daily and monthly basis
.
Support and guide team members to successfully
close sales pitches
.
Prepare and manage
standardized sales proposals
and presentations.

Team Leadership

Lead a dynamic sales team from the front.
Conduct
on-the-job training, mentoring, and handholding
.
Monitor performance and motivate the team to achieve business goals.

Operations & Planning

Oversee
day-to-day operations
to ensure seamless functioning.
Participate in strategic planning for
sales expansion, manpower, and IT infrastructure
.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain
strong relationships with key clients
.
Ensure prompt and professional handling of
customer queries and grievances
.
Work closely with the team to deliver
superior customer satisfaction
