We operate in the e‑commerce & corporate gifting sector, providing branded merchandise, apparel and curated gifting programs to enterprises, events, and HR/marketing teams across India. This remote sales role drives revenue by converting mid‑market and enterprise opportunities into repeat corporate gifting accounts and scalable gifting solutions.

Corporate Sales Manager (Corporate Gifting) — Remote, IndiaRole & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted B2B sales plan to acquire new corporate clients and expand revenue from existing accounts—focus on HR, marketing, procurement, and event teams.
- Manage full sales cycle: qualify leads, build proposals/RFQs, negotiate pricing & SLAs, and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly quotas.
- Own key account onboarding and program implementation—coordinate customization, sample approvals, production timelines, and timely fulfilment with ops and design teams.
- Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline in CRM, deliver accurate forecasts, and report performance against targets and KPIs.
- Proactively generate leads via cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and partnerships; run virtual demos and present gifting concepts that align to client objectives and budgets.
- Partner cross‑functionally (product, operations, customer success) to refine offerings, improve margins, and ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must‑Have
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience—preferably in corporate gifting, branded merchandise, promotional products, apparel, or corporate procurement.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and closing mid‑market or enterprise deals.
- Strong negotiation, commercial acumen, and experience preparing proposals/RFQs and contracts.
- Practical experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and strong pipeline management skills.
- Preferred
- Experience managing gifting programs, multi‑SKU orders, and coordinating customisation/fulfilment; familiarity with India supply chains and vendor management is a plus.
