Our mission is to empower retailers with digital tools to connect to payment service innovations, ensuring regular income and business continuity.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with clients. Daily tasks include conducting sales meetings, setting team targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring the execution of sales plans to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, sales management, and customer relationship management
Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in the payment solutions or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
