Job Title: Sales Manager – Loan Department

Department: Sales / Loans

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Loan Department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in loan sales (Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or LAP) and will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a small team, and ensuring achievement of targets through effective client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for various loan products.
  • Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and financial institutions.
  • Manage and motivate a team of loan sales executives to achieve branch/departmental targets.
  • Guide customers through the loan process — from inquiry to disbursement.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitors’ offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance in all sales processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in loan sales (Banking/NBFC sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of retail loan products (Home, Personal, Business, or Mortgage Loans).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a small sales team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly loan sales targets.
  • Conversion rate of leads to disbursed loans.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Team performance and productivity metrics.

Salary Range:

Competitive and commensurate with experience + Performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
