Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Department

Department: Sales / Loans

Experience Required: 0–6 Months (Freshers Welcome)

Location: [Gurugram]

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our Loan Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining various loan products, and generating leads for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic, have good communication skills, and are eager to start their career in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and explain different loan products (Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, etc.).
  • Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and assist the sales team in closing leads.
  • Maintain an accurate record of calls and customer information in the database/CRM.
  • Meet daily and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
  • 0–6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can apply).
  • Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
  • Basic knowledge of banking or loan products is an advantage.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain high energy levels.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of calls made per day.
  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Conversion rate of calls to applications.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback.

Salary Range:

₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience) + Attractive Incentives.

Growth Opportunities:

  • Opportunity to advance to Loan Sales Executive or Team Leader roles based on performance.
  • Regular training and skill development in banking and financial sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
