Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be involved in market research and promotional activities to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills and experience with sales data analysis

  • Experience in the building material or furniture field is a plus
