Role Description

As Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in expanding our client base, nurturing partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll craft compelling proposals, structure quotations, and ensure every interaction reflects our brand’s reliability and hospitality. This role demands a proactive leader who can anticipate client needs, tailor solutions, and convert opportunities into lasting relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
  • Prepare customized quotations, proposals, and presentations with clarity and professionalism
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
  • Represent Red Bliss at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client feedback


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Travel & Tourism
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality, or mobility services
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate across teams
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
