Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving business growth and revenue in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, brokers, and other industry professionals- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating deals and closing sales- Analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for growth

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership and management in the real estate sector- Strong track record of driving business growth and revenue- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
