Job Description

We are urgently hiring sales candidates for Bangalore & Thane for leading real estate company

Experience : Minimum : 1- 5 years experience in sales (Real estate/Edutech/Insurance/Telecom/BFSI)

Education : Graduation is mandatory

Location: Bangalore and Thane

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries, provide project details, and conduct site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, referrals, brokers, etc.).
Guide clients through the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations and closing deals.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and project offerings.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction management.
Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and exhibitions
