Sales Manager (Real Estate)

As a candidate for the mentioned role, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling various aspects related to Residential Real Estate Sales in Goa. This includes engaging with new leads, generating walk-ins through the Channel Partner network, managing client queries, ensuring timely follow-ups, activating new Channel Partners, participating in marketing campaigns, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Handling: You will be required to make calls and engage with new leads. - Walk-in Generation: Drive site visits by leveraging the Channel Partner network in Goa. - Client Engagement: Handle client queries effectively, ensure follow-ups, and encourage revisits. - Lead Follow-up: Timely follow-up for all leads and site visits to facilitate quick closures. - Channel Partner Management: Identify and onboard new Channel Partners to enhance business development. - Marketing & Promotions: Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase brand visibility. - Sales Target Achievement: Aim to meet and surpass monthly sales and collection targets. Qualification Required: - Education: You should hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline. - Experience: Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in Residential (Luxury) Real Estate Sales, preferably in the Goa region.
