Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Muzaffarpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role includes developing strategies for market penetration, maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of sales operations and team management
Experience in developing sales strategies and market penetration
Skills in customer relationship management and conducting market research
Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and analyze sales data
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
