Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing client relationships, and driving sales strategies to achieve targets. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Sales Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Client Relationship Management
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate market trends and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Leadership abilities and experience in team management and motivation
• Analytical skills to assess sales strategies and performance metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial properties is a plus
