Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team management, sales target achievement, client relationship handling, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets Handle end-to-end sales cycle – client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closure Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports Coordinate with builders and marketing teams for project updates Requirements: Proven experience in real estate sales (preferably luxury or premium segment) Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Target-driven and result-oriented Local market knowledge preferred If you are interested in this position, please share your resume for consideration.
