Sales Manager (Product & Portfolio) | Credit Cards

Key Responsibilities

Branch Channel Sales Management

• Drive Credit Card sales through assigned YES Bank branches.
• Ensure product penetration, branch activation & consistent lead generation.
• Conduct branch visits and deliver product training to branch staff.

Portfolio & Revenue Growth

• Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
• Improve branch-wise portfolio performance and card activation rates.
• Identify & drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Team Management (Mandatory Requirement)

• Lead and manage a team of

  2–3 sales executives / outsourced staff

  .
• Monitor team productivity, provide guidance, and ensure daily sales discipline.
• Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance tracking.

Coordination & Relationship Management

• Build strong working relations with Branch Managers and front-line teams.
• Support branches with customer meetings, campaigns & credit card events.
• Resolve escalations related to customer onboarding/documentation.

Compliance & Customer Experience

• Ensure 100% compliance with YES Bank and RBI guidelines.
• Maintain high-quality customer onboarding with minimal errors/rejections.
• Monitor rejection ratios and drive process improvement.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS for management review.
• Track branch-wise KPIs & team performance.
• Provide feedback to improve sourcing quality and productivity.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with

  2–6+ years

  experience in

  Credit Card Sales / Banking Sales / Branch Channel Sales

  .

• Minimum 2–3 years of team-handling experience

  is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship management skills.
• Target-driven, business-focused & able to work in a fast-paced environment.
