Job Description


1. JOB SUMMARY

A Branch credit manager to handle assigned branch who will be stake holder for credit function at local branches along with team CO/CPA.

Function responsibility will be taking care files from login to disbursement, Disbursement to PDD and later handling all audit related queries and should keep monitoring account to till 12 months from the date of disbursement. Monitor payments. Maintain records of loan applications. Follow up with clients to manage debt settlements and loan renewals. Ensure all lending procedures comply with regulations. Develop, review and update our companys credit policies.

2. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business & Financial Perspective:

  • TAT for Salaried and SENP, SEP Profile: - * Standardization of the process across region, weekly review with the team and regular visit to branches to address the issues /challenges and best in TAT for all the cases underwritten by CRM and BCM. TAT of 4 working days for salaried and 7 working days for SENP for Provisional Sanction

  • Branch achievement: - * Business Performance as per the Budgets - Monitoring the Credit team to achieve budgeted nos decided by management team on time to time

  • Portfolio Management/ NPA: - Monitoring the product portfolio with higher involvement of credit staff. Monitoring the product portfolio with higher involvement of credit staff. Monitoring the field visits to understand the issues with customer and taking appropriate corrective action. Closely Monitor the portfolio Quality: PAR % Points.

  • Early delinquency review: - Early Delinquency - Responsibility of Credit team to track 0 to 12 MOB cases collection of respective state branches mapped.

  • PDD Monitoring - Timely Tracking of PDD and maintaining the requisite MIS. Follow up with Central ops and local credit team for timely Closure of all the PDD'S PDD >90 days should not exceed 1% of the total client base

  • Other Parameters - Training to the branch team and Punctuality and Discipline: - Studying the Industry developments in society, scope for Housing loan and opportunities for our products. Completion of manpower recruitment. Regular branch visits to under the challenges and provide requisite guidance. Preparation and presenting required MIS and data required by Management team. Maintenance of Corporate attire like Punctuality, Attendance and Dependability.

NFTR/ Audit Queries Percentage- Meticulously oversee the documentation and application process by driving standardisation of the process across the region, in line with policy gaps to be identified & requisite training provided to the team.

Minimum Qualification Degree

Additional Qualification Masters Degree

Professional Experience 4 to 7 years

Domain Exposure 2+ Years
