State Credit Manager-Telangana

Role & responsibilities

• Final sanctioning of loans across all products within the assigned state.
• Regular analysis of credit and operational trends that influence credit decision-making.
• Participation in the recruitment and selection of field and branch-level credit managers.
• Conducting branch monitoring visits to identify process deviations and reporting findings to concerned authorities.
• Monitoring, supervising, and supporting the credit team of the respective state.
• Ensuring timely compliance and closure of all internal audit observations for the state.
• Conducting regular trainings, reviews, and capability-building initiatives to enhance the credit teams performance.
• Participating in forums, meetings, and training sessions organized for the operations team to improve TAT and strengthen credit controls.
• Serving as a key member of the State Leadership Team.
