Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales manager to manage and grow our procurement business for office interior materials. The role involves lead generation, relationship management with contractors and corporate clients, and ensuring smooth order conversion for materials like gypsum boards, MDF, channels, laminates, and more.


Job Details

  1. Job Title: Sales Manager – Procurement Business (Office Interiors)
  2. Department: B2B Procurement – Office Interiors
  3. Experience: 5–8 years in B2B sales, preferably in building materials or interiors sector


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  1. Identify and onboard interior contractors, project companies, and SMEs as clients
  2. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for B2B procurement
  3. Generate, track, and close inbound and outbound leads


Client Relationship Management

  1. Maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, architects, and project managers
  2. Understand client requirements and provide solutions from Officebanao’s product portfolio
  3. Visit client sites and offices for meetings and presentations


Quotation & Order Management

  1. Understand the requirements and coordinate the commercial proposals
  2. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines
  3. Ensure client issues are resolved by coordinating with supply chain and warehouse team, finance team or category team


Market Intelligence

  1. Track competitor pricing, market demand, and upcoming commercial interior projects
  2. Collect feedback and suggest product improvements or sourcing changes


Key Skills Required

  1. Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  2. Knowledge of building materials or office interiors industry
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  4. Tech-savvy (CRM, Excel, email automation, WhatsApp Business)
  5. Self-driven and customer-obsessed mindset


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Civil/Interior background
  2. MBA preferred but not mandatory
  3. Prior experience in B2B sales for hardware, modular furniture, or interior materials is a plus.


Compensation & Incentives

  1. Fixed CTC: INR 20L+ (based on experience)
  2. Variable/Incentive: Based on monthly sales performance
  3. Travel reimbursements and mobile allowance included
