Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive our client acquisition and partnership strategies. You will be the face of Adityaraj Capital to potential investors and partners



Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard new retail and HNI investors aligned with Adityaraj Capital’s investment philosophy.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to grow client base and revenues.

Educate prospective clients about our investment solutions, including risk-adjusted plans and long-term returns.

Build partnerships with financial advisors, wealth managers, and channel partners to broaden reach.

Conduct investor meetings, seminars, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to present financial opportunities.

Analyze market trends to identify untapped business opportunities and provide insights to the management team.

Maintain CRM records and track lead conversion, feedback, and follow-ups.

Ensure client-centric communication and maintain a high standard of transparency and trust.



Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or investment advisory in financial services.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in conducting client presentations and handling objections.

Familiarity with financial planning, SIPs, compounding strategies, and inflation mitigation will be a plus.
