Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for setting up a distribution channel of Partners for Insurance Products at Paul Merchants Limited located in Chandigarh. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the daily operations of the sales department, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining the Partner Channel, and identifying new market opportunities. Additionally, you will train and mentor the Partner Channel, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with other departments to enhance sales initiatives.
