Role Description

Sales Manager – Outbound Channel

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting the US and European B2B tech markets
• Hire, train, and manage a team of outbound SDRs and BDRs
• Identify key segments and buyer personas to focus outbound campaigns
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure consistent pipeline growth
• Collaborate with marketing to align outbound messaging and content
• Leverage tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email automation, CRM) to optimize outreach and follow-up
• Handle and close deals for qualified leads or assist in closing with senior leadership
• Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on outbound performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1 years in outbound sales or SDR leadership
• Proven success in outbound lead generation and sales management
• Experience selling to North American and/or European markets
• Strong understanding of lead generation, prospecting, and sales cycle management
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools
• Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Startup or fast-paced SaaS environment experience is a plus
