Role Description We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager – Outbound Channel to lead and scale our outbound sales efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and managing a team of outbound SDRs/BDRs, developing outbound strategies, optimizing outreach campaigns, and closing mid-sized to enterprise deals. This is a high-impact position with direct responsibility for revenue generation and pipeline acceleration. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting the US and European B2B tech markets Hire, train, and manage a team of outbound SDRs and BDRs Identify key segments and buyer personas to focus outbound campaigns Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure consistent pipeline growth Collaborate with marketing to align outbound messaging and content Leverage tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email automation, CRM) to optimize outreach and follow-up Handle and close deals for qualified leads or assist in closing with senior leadership Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on outbound performance Requirements 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1 years in outbound sales or SDR leadership Proven success in outbound lead generation and sales management Experience selling to North American and/or European markets Strong understanding of lead generation, prospecting, and sales cycle management Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills Startup or fast-paced SaaS environment experience is a plus Why Join Leadrax?
