Location: Bangalore, HSR LayoutWork Type: On-siteWorking Days: 6 days per weekWeek Off: SundayRoles & Responsibilities:* Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Develop and implement targeted offline sales initiatives, including organizing dental camps, building corporate partnerships, and spearheading community engagement activities to drive new patient leads and expand our customer base.*Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to secure partnerships and promote Dezys services. Ensure effective follow-up and conversion of leads into active patients.*Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate and execute dental health events, free consultations, and promotional campaigns designed to raise awareness and attract new patients.*Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing lead generation, improving conversion rates, and meeting monthly and quarterly business growth targets.*Target Achievement: Drive towards and exceed performance goals through effective lead conversion, sales activities, and relationship management.*Sales Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales performance, lead-generation efforts, and patient conversion. Provide regular feedback to the leadership team on campaign effectiveness and growth opportunities.*Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities in local markets, including strategic partnerships and untapped communities, to support sustainable growth.Brand Promotion: Represent Dezy professionally at various events, ensuring brand consistency and highlighting the value of our dental services to potential patients.Requirements:*Educational Background: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.Experience: Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within the healthcare, dental, or service industry. Experience in lead generation, relationship management, and driving growth is highly valued.*Sales Expertise: Strong background in sales strategy, lead generation, and client acquisition. Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.*Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.*Networking & Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders, businesses, and clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.*Goal-Oriented & Results-Driven: Strong focus on achieving measurable sales targets and growth objectives. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to exceed expectations.*Organized & Self-Motivated: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of execution.
