Sales Manager

Job Role:-

• Handle direct sales inquiries and client interactions for residential real estate projects .
• Achieve a minimum target of 2 confirmed residential sales per month.
• Conduct site visits and property showings for walk-in and referred clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads through Channel Partners (C.P.s), online platforms, and field activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C.P.s to drive consistent lead flow and conversions.
• Provide clients with accurate details about project specifications, pricing, payment plans, and possession timelines.
• Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure smooth documentation and post-sales processes.
• Keep accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales conversions.
• Share daily performance reports and lead updates with the reporting manager.
• Stay informed about inventory status, market conditions, and project updates.
• Ensure a professional and customer-focused approach during all client and partner interactions.
• Eligible for lucrative incentive structures on achieving and exceeding monthly targets, as per company policy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Prior experience in residential real estate sales preferred.
• Vehicle: Must own a 4-wheeler (car) and have a valid driving license.
• Age Criteria: Between 25 to 40 years.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
• Self-motivated, presentable, and result-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
