Job Summary

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Drive sales performance for NEXA models, accessories, finance, insurance & extended warranty
• Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki & NEXA sales processes and audit standards
• Monitor daily sales activities, lead management, conversion ratios, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Analyze market trends, competition, and local business opportunities
• Coordinate with CRM, finance, insurance, and service teams for seamless customer experience
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management
• Ensure showroom ambience, product display, and branding as per NEXA guidelines

🔹 Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)

• 5–8 years of proven experience in Automobile Sales

  , preferably with Maruti Suzuki / NEXA
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
• Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management abilities
• Target-oriented mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
