Job Description

Job Summary:

Sales Manager NCV Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of
motor finance loans
for Other OEM vehicles (cars, two-wheelers, etc.) in the NCV segment.
Manage and lead a team of sales officers, channel partners, and DSAs to achieve business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, dealers, and channel partners to increase loan sourcing.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement and sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Monitor and ensure adherence to credit policies, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement.
Train and mentor sales teams to improve productivity and product knowledge.
Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline.
