Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Nagasandra, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and a proven ability to drive business growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends in the real estate market Manage the sales team and provide training and mentorship to drive performance Prepare sales reports and presentations for management Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients Ensure excellent customer service and maintain client relationships Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns Skills and Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate Strong understanding of the real estate market in Bangalore Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Strong negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
