We are now looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to join our mission in Delhi NCR! If sales runs in your blood and the digital healthcare revolution excites you, this opportunity is for you.

📍 Location: New Delhi

💼 Experience: 1–3 years in enterprise B2B sales (healthcare or SaaS experience)

💰 Compensation: ₹40,000/month + high-performing incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, meetings, and online channels
• Conduct client visits across Delhi NCR to pitch DocFyn’s healthcare marketing solutions
• Engage doctors and hospitals to understand their growth challenges
• Deliver product demos, negotiate deals, and close sales
• Maintain up-to-date activity reports in CRM and achieve monthly revenue targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1–3 years of sales experience (healthcare/tech/SaaS preferred)
• Experience in Selling HIS/HIMS Solutions, EMR Solutions to Hospitals and Clinic Chains is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for relationship-building and problem-solving
• Self-driven, ambitious, and eager to grow with a dynamic team
