Loan Against Property
business through DSAs, connectors, and self-sourcing.
Manage and lead a team of relationship managers / field officers to meet business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
channel partners
, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Drive end-to-end LAP sales processes from lead generation to disbursement.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-up for document collection and file completion.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and coordination with credit, legal, and operations teams.
Monitor portfolio quality, collections support, and ensure minimal delinquencies.
Provide timely reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Stay updated with competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory developments.
