We provide fully furnished, secure, and modern living solutions for working professionals and students. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and digital platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and corporates. Conduct site visits and explain property features, pricing, and amenities. Work closely with the marketing team to drive local campaigns. Monitor competition, market trends, and customer needs. Coordinate with operations and property teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Maintain regular reports and CRM data for performance tracking. Train and manage a small team of sales/promoter staff. Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in sales (real estate, PGs, hospitality, or co-living industry preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset. Knowledge of the Andheri / Western Suburb rental market is a plus. Willingness to travel locally and conduct physical site visits.
