Job Description

Job Purpose (IMMEDIATE JOINERS WILL BE PREFERRED)

To expand business footprint in above region by building strong relationships with PMC consultants, architects, builders, contractors, and industrial clients converting leads into qualified opportunities and supporting project closures through consistent meetings and follow-ups.

Preferred Background

  • Experience: 5-10 years in B2B project sales / MEP /Fire Fighting / Solar / HVAC / Low voltage services / construction / electrical or industrial services Selling.
  • Education: Diploma or B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical) or Graduate with sales acumen in relevant line.
  • Region familiarity: Must know industrial & consultant/construction market well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Meetings & Relationship Building-Conduct minimum 8-10 qualified meetings per week with PMCs, architects, builders, and industrial clients.
  • Influencer Engagement-Meet minimum 6 key influencers (Accurate PMCs, Architects, or Consultants) weekly to build brand awareness and project pipeline.
  • Lead Qualification & Conversion-Ensure minimum 15-20% conversion ratio of meetings into qualified opportunities or proposals.
  • Ecosystem Mapping & Networking-Identify and map all potential clients, influencers, and consultants in the MEPF/Solar/Fire ecosystem within the assigned region.
  • Reporting & CRM Discipline-Update CRM daily with meeting notes, client feedback, and next action plan. Submit weekly summary reports to Sales Head.
  • Learning & Product Knowledge-Maintain understanding of SEPL offerings, pricing, and competitive edge to communicate value effectively.

Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Understanding of MEPF / Solar / Fire / HVAC / Electrical / low voltage ecosystem.
  • Strong connects with Accurate PMC consultants, architects, and industrial clients.
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools
  • Self-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Ready for field travel (4-6 days/week).
