With strong ISI-certified products and expanding capacity, we aim to deliver quality, trust, and long-term value to our clients across India. Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing dealer/distributor networks, and building strong customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Manage dealer, distributor, and contractor relationships across regions. Identify and onboard new clients in infrastructure, construction, and government sectors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and margins while ensuring profitability. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies. Collaborate with operations and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Train and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand presence. RequirementsBachelor’s degree (Engineering/Business preferred); MBA is an advantage. Sales experience in pipes, building materials, or related industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills. Ability to handle large-volume clients and dealer networks. Familiarity with government tenders, infrastructure projects, and bulk supply processes. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
