Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager (Female preferred) to lead our sales operations, manage a team, and drive student enrollments for our online education programs. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru and is ideal for candidates who enjoy leadership, communication, and performance-based growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Handle inbound leads and oversee the conversion process
  • Train and guide counselors and telesales executives
  • Track daily performance, calls, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Develop sales strategies to improve enrollment and revenue
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support
  • Build long-term relationships with students and parents

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (EdTech preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam (Tamil/Hindi is a plus)
  • Experience in handling targets and performance metrics
  • Confident in video calls, CRM tools, and sales dashboards
  • High emotional intelligence and persuasion skills
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (Bengaluru-based office visits required)
  • Interact directly with prospective students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, and video meetings
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable courses and programs
  • Conduct online demo classes / trial sessions for interested clients
  • Effectively handle objections and close sales independently
  • Maintain strong follow-up system to maximize lead conversions
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of students after successful enrollment
  • Coordinate with academic and support teams for seamless client experience

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in online education, coaching institutes, or training centers and Educational Institutions
  • Knowledge of student enrollment processes
  • Familiarity with Kerala education market is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
