Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager (Female preferred) to lead our sales operations, manage a team, and drive student enrollments for our online education programs. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru and is ideal for candidates who enjoy leadership, communication, and performance-based growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Handle inbound leads and oversee the conversion process Train and guide counselors and telesales executives Track daily performance, calls, follow-ups, and conversions Develop sales strategies to improve enrollment and revenue Coordinate with marketing and operations teams Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support Build long-term relationships with students and parents Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (EdTech preferred) Strong leadership and team-handling skills Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam (Tamil/Hindi is a plus) Experience in handling targets and performance metrics Confident in video calls, CRM tools, and sales dashboards High emotional intelligence and persuasion skills Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (Bengaluru-based office visits required) Interact directly with prospective students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, and video meetings Understand client needs and recommend suitable courses and programs Conduct online demo classes / trial sessions for interested clients Effectively handle objections and close sales independently Maintain strong follow-up system to maximize lead conversions Build trust and long-term relationships with clients Ensure smooth onboarding of students after successful enrollment Coordinate with academic and support teams for seamless client experience Preferred Background: Experience in online education, coaching institutes, or training centers and Educational Institutions Knowledge of student enrollment processes Familiarity with Kerala education market is an added advantage What We Offer: Fixed salary + high performance-based incentives Hybrid working flexibility Career growth into Senior Manager positions Supportive, purpose-driven work environment Skill development and leadership training Long-term growth opportunity in an expanding EdTech company Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
