Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic, result-driven Sales Manager who can take ownership of achieving 100% sales of the Mangalam Vatika project. The role demands strategic thinking, sharp communication, and a deep understanding of real estate buyers — from first-time homeowners to premium investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales operations for the Mangalam Vatika project.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, targets, and action plans to achieve full occupancy/sellout.
  • Handle client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and closings professionally.
  • Build and manage a network of channel partners, brokers, and property consultants to maximize lead generation.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute effective campaigns and events.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, projections, and performance analytics.
  • Provide inputs for pricing, promotional offers, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles and buyer psychology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a small sales team or external agents.
  • Ability to work under pressure and close high-value deals.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and online property portals (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in real estate or premium residential project sales.
  • Local market knowledge of Jamshedpur and nearby regions preferred.
