Job Description

Sales Growth & Target Achievement Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned (both individual & team). Drive state-wise sales expansion (e.g., Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, Rajasthan, etc.). Monitor product-wise targets (NC thinner, PU thinner, M164, M143, etc.). 2. Team Leadership & Development Lead a team of Sales Executives across states. Assign clear monthly & weekly targets to each team member. Conduct daily reporting reviews (calls, visits, orders booked). Train sales executives on product knowledge, negotiation, and customer handling. Motivate and build a performance-driven culture (use incentives, recognition). 3. Customer & Market Development Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and industrial clients. Maintain and strengthen relationships with A & B category customers. Regularly review ABCD customer segmentation for focus and growth. Collect market intelligence – competitor pricing, schemes, and new launches. Ensure timely customer feedback is shared with management (quality, service issues).
