Key Responsibilities:Conduct telesales and manage communication with premium clients across various sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Understand client requirements, share detailed product information, and pitch customized garment solutions effectively. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups. Maintain and update customer databases using basic Excel skills for reporting and record-keeping. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in sales / telesales, preferably in the garment or textile industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle premium clients with professionalism and empathy. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining client data. Result-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting targets.
