Job Title: Sales Manager(Kolhapur / Sangli / Satara) Location: Based in Sangli (must be open to travel within Kolhapur, Satara & nearby areas) Industry: FMCG / Beverages / Consumer Products Experience Required: 10+ Years Functional Area: Sales, Business Development Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our product launch in Kolhapur and Sangli , and to open and establish a new market in Satara . The ideal candidate must have a strong sales background in the Sangli region with a proven record in FMCG sales, distributor management , and on-ground promotional activities . Key Responsibilities: Handle sales operations across Sangli, Kolhapur, and Satara . Lead the product launch in new territories and ensure post-launch sustenance . Plan and execute consumer trial activities, retail promotions, and BTL campaigns . Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and retailers . Drive primary and secondary sales targets in assigned territory. Track sales performance using Advanced Excel tools (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.) and prepare market reports. Maintain strong relationships with trade partners and internal teams. Ensure effective market coverage and visibility through retail and rural activation. Candidate Profile: Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG Sales , especially in Sangli. Proven track record of territory development, team handling, and distributor management . Strong command over MS Excel and sales data analysis . Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills. Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories. Language proficiency in Marathi & Hindi preferred.
