We closely collaborate with customers from initial design through prototyping and testing to large-scale manufacturing. Our technical team supports every step, including 3D construction, hardware creation and smart battery management system design using various protocols. Located in Siliguri, we pride ourselves on delivering tailored battery solutions for diverse needs.



Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Siliguri. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, build and maintain customer relationships and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. They will also be tasked with identifying market opportunities, leading sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will work closely with the technical team to understand product specifications and deliver effective solutions to customers.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives across regions
  • Build, train, and manage a high-performance sales team
  • Develop B2B and channel partner networks for electric vehicle battery packs, solar solutions and energy storage systems
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to align marketing strategies with innovations
  • Establish brand presence across digital and offline platforms
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize sales processes
  • Sales expertise and experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and development of sales strategies



Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing/Bachelor's degree in Business (Mandatory)
  • Fluent in English – verbal and written
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • 5+ years of proven experience in lithium battery, EV, solar, inverter, or related industries
  • Strong team handling and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a pleasant and confident personality
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs
