Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and business development initiatives in the rapidly growing lithium battery sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and market execution skills, with prior experience in dealer development, franchise network expansion, and team management.


Key Responsibilities:


Dealer & Franchise Network Expansion:

Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and franchise partners across target regions.


Franchise Store Development:

Oversee the setup of exclusive Li-ion battery retail and service stores — from site selection, branding, and setup to operational launch.


Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement regional and national marketing strategies to increase market share, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth.


Team Leadership & Performance Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing executives and business development personnel to achieve monthly and annual targets.


Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to formulate effective marketing and pricing strategies.


Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with key clients, OEMs, and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.


Campaigns & Brand Promotion:

Drive promotional activities, trade shows, exhibitions, and digital marketing campaigns aligned with corporate objectives.


Reporting & Analytics:

Track performance metrics, prepare business reports, and present insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.


Key Skills & Competencies:


Proven experience in dealer/distributor appointment and management.


Strong background in franchise business model implementation.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


Strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into actionable results.


Experience in EV batteries, lithium-ion battery packs, or renewable energy sector preferred.


Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.


Willingness to travel as per business requirements.


Qualification:


Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering (MBA in Marketing).


7–10 years of experience in marketing, business development, or channel management, preferably in the battery / energy / EV domain.
