The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B client acquisition, managing franchise sales, and building strong relationships with e-commerce businesses to expand Launchpad Business   Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead and manage sales efforts focused on E-commerce partnerships and franchise expansion. 2.Identify and approach potential clients and franchise investors. 3.Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve targets. 4. and maintain strong relationships with business owners, channel partners, and franchisees. 5.Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. 6.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support business growth. 7.Track market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities. 8.Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to leadership. 9.Train and guide junior sales executives as the team expands. Sales Positions ( will be decided upon experience & interview) 🔹 Salary Range (Monthly): ✅ 1. Junior Level Sales  (2-4 years) Monthly Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 ✅ 2.Mid Level Sales  (4-6 years) Monthly Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 ✅ 3.Mid Level Sales  (6-10 years) Monthly Salary: ₹75,000– ₹1,20,000 💼 Incentives/Benefits (Common in Sales Roles) Franchise onboarding bonuses (if applicable)
