Job Description

Business Development & Sales

Source LAP business through DSAs and achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement targets.
Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs to expand the channel.
Develop business plans with DSAs to meet branch/territory goals.

DSA Channel Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs.
Conduct regular training sessions on product features, compliance, and sales techniques.
Ensure timely payouts and resolve operational issues promptly.

Credit & Compliance

Ensure adherence to credit policy, documentation norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct preliminary checks on customer profiles and property documents.
Maintain portfolio quality by sourcing the right customer segment.

Market Intelligence

Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
Share feedback for product and process improvements.

Reporting & Coordination

Monitor daily MIS on sourcing, login, sanction, and disbursal.
Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical) for smooth processing.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of LAP/Home Loan products.
Proven experience in managing DSAs and channel sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Analytical ability to assess creditworthiness and market trends.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in LAP/Home Loan sales via DSA channel.
