We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers to lead our sales efforts, expand our customer base, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive business growth.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
