JMG Automobiles is a leading two-wheeler dealership in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, Odisha. We proudly hold the dealership for Ather and Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer. With a rich legacy of 25 years, we have established ourselves as a trusted destination for a diverse range of Hero motorcycles and scooters, serving over 150,000 satisfied customers. JMG Automobiles in Bhubaneswar is hiring a Sales Manager for our Two-wheeler department. The role involves leading the sales team, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets. · Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. · Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable two-wheelers. · Ensure effective communication and follow-ups to close deals and achieve sales goals. · Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally. · Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities. · Prepare and analyze sales reports, ensuring accurate records in CRM software. · Collaborate with the service and workshop teams to provide seamless customer experiences. · Train and guide the sales team to enhance their performance and customer service skills. · Qualifications: · Proven experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in the automotive industry. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel. · Ability to meet sales goals and manage a team effectively. · A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
